Change the font to PT Sans or Ubuntu

Description

Open Sans font, doesn't look so good.
Try the PT Sans font, which is very modern, like Open Sans, but with better letters. This for the admin page.

For the most part, I think we're quite happy with the Open Sans font for now, which fits all the guidelines we wanted in a font.

Font choices are also a very personal taste, and also varies upon the local language being used. There's nothing stopping you from using a plugin to change the font to another if you so wish.

You might want to start a discussion on the UI p2 to get a proper conversation happening, which would be a better location for such a discussion (Trac is mostly for bugs, not discussions).
