Twenty Fifteen: only display author bio on multi-author sites

In Twenty Eleven, we only display the author bio on sites with multiple authors (ref). I think we should do the same in Twenty Fifteen.

I don't agree. We should show it regardless the blog is multi authors or not. Readers tend to land on single post first (AKA "Homepage is dead") and the author info should be there and prominent even he/she is the only author in the blog. It's kind of the same logic that we always show author name as post meta in single view regardless.
