Change default admin colour scheme

Description

The default admin color scheme is good.
But the color scheme "midnight" is very better in my opinion.
I would recommend to the color scheme "midnight" became as the default one! (especially for wordpress.com, where you can't change it)

The blue in the default theme is what we think of as "WordPress blue" - it would be best to keep that the default.
