Private posts skipped for navigation in Twenty Fifteen

I have a private post which shows as my second post on my front page when I am logged in. At the bottom of my most recent post is a link to the previous post (now with text that says "next" for some inexplicable reason...), but it's the previous public post, not the private post.

It would seem that if I can see the private post on the front page, it should also be in the previous/next chain as well.

The label reversing issue (mentioned in but not the point of this ticket) is handled and corrected in 30265.

@blogan can you test with other default themes and report in a new not-twentyfifteen ticket? I think this is a core pagination issue.

@iandstewart, I checked and you're right. This issues in not related to the theme; it also happens in Twenty Fourteen.
