Description

Hello,

I have not been receiving email notifications for comments on my blog (http://thepineapplecake.com) for the past two weeks.

I have not changed any email addresses in the system, nor unchecked the box to have notifications sent. I have read the forums and tried the solution present, "uncheck, save, empty cache, recheck, save, empty cache" with no luck. Then I contacted my hosting provider to see if the problem may be on the host end.
After extensively looking the site with no solution, I was told that I have everything set up exactly as it should be to have comments coming into the email address I dictated and that something is broken in wordpress. My host recommended I submit a service ticket through wordpress seeking a solution.

Again, everything else is working as usual, and no settings or contact email addresses have been changed.

I greatly appreciate you taking a look into this issue.

problem with one of the plugins, probably. you can try to disable all of it and check again, I'm pretty sure that it can help you. after all, you can re-enable plugin after plugin looking for problematic one.

There is also a plugin "Email Log" that may help you see if emails are actually sent.

For further help I recommend the support forums https://wordpress.org/support/.
