Image Editor in WP-Admin Library is broken

Description

The editor for images in the Library media editing screen is broken. The image being edited is not shown. The controls to directly resize or scale the image do not work correctly either -- even after a change in the size/etc, the image appears at old size on pages that show it.

I just edited an image and it worked, could you provide some more details about what is happening on your end? As per usual, can you ensure that no plugins are installed and that you are on the default theme?
