Styles & Code ( Make it beauty )

I just wonder if all the fixes and new code can be on the right places. the php code finds it's new places, but the css code never does. Like in this ticket exemple.

I should prefer class tag here, It should help Bryan Veloso with Shuttle Project, Atlantis. And everybody else that make some changes for the future. Just a thought if you wanna make the code beauty and have the code where it really should belong.
