Some corrections in:

You can enable distraction-free writing via the Fullscreen icon in Visual mode (second to last in the top row), or the Fullscreen button in Text mode (last in the row).

The DFW button is always "the last" and looks the same, and is only available if editor-expand is enabled (not on mobile, IE < 9 and if disabled). So maybe:
