Hey there,
I am using often (premium-)plugins on my disk AND search in wp repository.
Would it be possible to have the "search" AND "upload" function right in one place?
Instead of switching all time from what I need?

No further interest here in 9 months. It seems that the basic suggestion is to bring the upload UI for installing new plugins into the main Add Plugins screen. Would need a patch, moving to maybelater.
