Description

Option 1: Close the panel. But then we need to scroll down the difference.
Option 2: Don't slide the link up if the panel is open.

Option 3: Instead of sliding the links up, fade out both the links and the panel. (Easiest solution.)

Option 3 is the cleanest solution.
