Pinboard theme preview won't allow scrolling with iPad or iPod

Description
We are using the Pinboard theme for our website (www.openreq.com). When an article is clicked from the homepage, it pops up into a window. On the Apple products (iphone/ipad), we are not able to scroll down on the preview window. This is not an issue with any other devices or systems.
Has anyone run into this issue before? Have any suggestions?
