html editor does not save code

Description

when editing html in ntml editor if you cut and paste code then when after you save the code is no longer complete. Somehow the system butchers the code and almost nothing of the original code is there.????????

What kind of code (examples if possible) are we talking about?
What version of WordPress?
Stuff like that...
