Description
ARIN.net whois service does not give information on not-ARIN allocated IP space, they only tell if space is allocated to other regulator, i.e. RIPE
It is reasonable to use something else for WHOIS instead, like http://whois.domaintools.com for example.
affected - comment moderation form, comment moderation email.
