TinyMCE bug - tested with 4.1 and the latest version

Reproduce:

• Install new wordpress site (v4.1).
• Add new post.
• Go to text editor tab.
• Add some text.
• Save draft.
• Delete all the text (in the text editor tab).
• Save draft again or publish the post.

as you can see the text is back.

Seems like deleting all the text, does not save the changes.

That happened before too and happens in the visual editor too. For some reason WordPress requires at least a title or content.
