When you go to install a theme, you see;

"Downloading"
Etc.

I think we instead should have a css3 loading spinner, as the process in about only 2/3 seconds. If you agree, please tell me, and I will create what I think.

Totally, a styled HTML5 progress, certainly has great browser support. ​http://caniuse.com/#feat=progressmeter I will look into creating this first things tomorrow!

instead of doing cosmetic tweaks we're trying to remove these screens altogether, see ​http://make.wordpress.org/core/2014/10/08/ideas-for-plugin-theme-installs-updates/. Maybe you want to help us with that?
