Hello,
I installed twice Wordpress 4.1 with Twenty Fifteen theme and when I create menu on mobile phone menu icon didn't drop down and not show options for choose. You could try at www.karizmet.pl and www.karizmet.pl/test/

Hello,
what do you mean by : For some reasons the JS files from the theme aren't enqueued. so I use theme that is not complete ? and should I copy extra files ? for me isn't working still, could you send me url when I could test that theme at Wordpress 4.1 ?

By default, Twenty Fifteen loads a functions.js file, which handles the responsive menu.
On your site, that file is not loaded. Are you using a customized version of the theme?
