Media Library does not open in coralline and

My Media library is not working -
i cannot upload pics and insert pics - neither via the media library link into the media library nor can I insert media into post/page
the pics are there as i can set a header image via the library but cannot access media library or insert pics
i also cannot add a contact form

i used coralline theme and now Twenty Forteen and its the same - i also contacted i page my provider
