When sending an image to the editor, it scrolls everything to the top

Description

When you "send to editor" from the image uploader, it scrolls the edit box to the top.

This happens under plain text and WYSIWYG:

Desired: No scrolling.

Not sure this is applicable to the new interface. Inserting an image using the new upload works as this ticket desires.
