Hi,

When I copy paste a paragraph with comments from MS Word to the WordPress editor, the words with comments on it are removed. This should certainly not happen ;-)

Seems like a bug?

What version of MS Word are you using? I am unable to duplicate with Word 2013.

I found it hard to replicate the issue as well ;-) I think it only occurs when a comment is about multiple elements (eg. heading + paragraph). I've attached a Word document with "problematic" comments. I'm using Word 2013.

Also happens on the TinyMCE demo site. Perhaps this should better be fixed upstream?

Trying to re-test this in WP 5.2, seems to have been fixed upstream in the "paste" TinyMCE plugin.
