initial v1 2 2 > I think it's okay if the screen moves up, notices are at the top and you'd be focused on looking at them. A first run where you can just dismiss for that particular page load seems like it'd be fine. 3 3 4 Feeling the same. My focus would be on the notice as I click/tap to dismiss it. The screen moving up feels like an expected reaction that doesn't violate the sanctity of scroll position. It could be welcoming to have the screen move up to meet you when the annoying notice is sent away. We'll see. I'm interest ingin seeing what ends up under the mouse pointer when the notice is dismissed. Does it put you right on top of Preview? Is that good? Would accidental double clicks on the dismiss button result in unexpected new tab generation as preview is unintentionally triggered? I'm just casting about for possible problems.
