i want to make Job portal how i will manage without any help no body helping me. i am using free theme on my blog .if i want job portal for that what i need to do,i waant sign up option ,submit resume and all job related features...kindly provide me some information how i will convert my free theme blog from wordpress.com to ,to my company name and how i ill get all job related features.
