    1 What is the reasoning behind sliding the themes panel in from the left as opposed to sliding it in from the right to be consistent with how the widgets panel works?

     3Whatever route is chosen in the end, I think themes and widgets should line up and get a consistent UI treatment. The UX for them seems to be diverging, but I think they should stay consistent.
