Drop Google Webfonts from Core

As this article shows (1) using Google Fonts in the WP core opens a privacy hole. As you can read in the article's comments Google Fonts even slow down whole WP installations in some countries like China.

"There is plugin for that...." - yes, but there are much more users not knowing that, as the WP team pointed out in the article "Our Philosopies" (2): "The average WordPress user simply wants to be able to write without problems or interruption." - and so does not want to search and install a plugin for such a special topic.

Using Google Fonts is also against the philosopy "Clean, Lean, and Mean". Just using the browsers' built-in fonts is sufficient.

I ask to delete using Google Fonts from the WP core and backend to improve privacy, security and performance.
