Description
With the addition of the new emojis, I wasn't initially clear how to add them, what keyboard shortcuts translated to smilies, etc. Therefore, I think a short new section of the TinyMCE help modal devoted to this might be in order. The WordPress.com page on the subject is probably a good starting point: https://en.support.wordpress.com/smilies/

Good point.
I'm tempted to recommend a Codex page more than admin help.
Makes sense to me.

If we end up adding help content for emoji – which I'm not convinced we should – it would need to go in the edit.php/post-new.php help tabs as emoji can be used in both editors (among other places).
Implementing emoji crosses kind of an interesting line in that we aren't giving users the tools to add emoji, just making it possible to display it. So I'm a little wary of creating help content in the admin backend for a mechanism that doesn't exist within WordPress itself. I'm tempted to recommend a Codex page more than admin help.
