Description

Hello,

We are using Wordpress 4.1.1 on our site ​https://terra-app.com. All of a sudden we found that we cannot login to the backend as we are getting the error Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output.

I took following steps:
I re-uploaded wp-config.php in utf without BOM encoding.

Renamed plugin folder.

But nothing give us any solution. Can you please let us know how do we overcome this problem?

It looks like your site has been hacked, there's an iframe being injected at the top of the page.

Thanks for the update. Can you please let me know where do you find the injected iframe as I cannot find anything on the page source.
