Description

Ampserands in gallery captions are encoded in the editor's embed view. They display properly when viewing the post. I see this problem only on make/* blogs. That's a multisite installation where I have super admin. Maybe this bug is particular to super admins and unfiltered_html.

Seems this was fixed in #31412

I've tested the gallery view and have confirmed encoding is human readable and correct.
