Description

I want to change the collate from utf8mb4_unicode_ci to utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci.
The reason is because the retrieval accuracy of emoji becomes worse.

For example, "When you search in the emoji of sushi, emoji of beer to hit."

Person who understands Japanese want to look at the next page.

Since English is not good, I wrote only a minimum of things.
I want you to think before you release the version 4.2.
