Description

"Error occurred getting OAuth tokens from Google

name lookup timed out"

i got this error when try to import my blog to wordpress..
what i should do now ?? pls help..im new in this stuff..

Have you tried to increase the timeout? You can change the timeout in this file: https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/blogger-importer/trunk/blogger-importer.php#L58, just replace 5 with something else, like 10.

and i follow them put REMOTE TIMEOUT = 0 in the blogger-importer.php

it works but is it ok to put 0 or need to put 10??

I'm assuming that your host has cURL avaiable where a value of 0 is an unlimited timeout. Not sure about PHP streams, could be the same.

Anyway, I'm glad it works for you now.
