Description

Will there be support for ​Facebook's new responsive embeddable video player on a future version of WP? It appears that the current version only supports embedded posts at the moment.

Hi @kevint39, welcome to Trac.

I don't think there are plans to add support for this in core any time soon. I would suggest searching in the ​plugins directory on WordPress.org for a plugin that has support for these type of media.
