Take: wp-content /index.php file copy it, put in above folder :)
It would be with the istall folder!!! and updates
Not evry blogger knows how to fix it!

Is it the directory browsing you want to disable? In that case every subfolder will also need an empty index.php when created (in the case of using year and month based folders).
