Three unit tests currently fail: in Tests_Formatting_Smilies::get_smilies_combinations when using a custom domain via WP_TESTS_DOMAIN in wp-tests-config.php

In 32178:

Unit Tests: The get_smilies_combinations test was failing when the tests were run with a non-default domain.
