Description

Hi Folks,

Backups for Wordpress have been failing for two days apparently due to an API being depricated. Here is the error message:

2015-04-22 07:04:26 NOTICE Attempting to upload archive to Google Drive.
2015-04-22 07:04:26 ERROR Received response code '400 Bad Request' while trying to get 'https://docs.google.com/feeds/default/private/full/'. Response body: <errors xmlns='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005'><error><domain>GData</domain><code>BadRequestException</code><internalReason>The Doclist API has been shut down. Please use the new Drive API, https://developers.google.com/drive/.</internalReason></error></errors>

Thanks for your help!

Hi John,

What plugin are you using to back up your site to Google Drive? WordPress itself doesn't include this functionality. As such, this isn't a WordPress bug.

That means you need to talk the author of your plugin as they should update their plugin.
