Description
Smilies don't work if it is the last thing in a blog post :)
A post of only "Smilies :)" does not convert the smily
"Smilies :) :)" will convert the 1st but not the second
":)
." will also convert the smily.

You are correct. For some reason on my end something got left out of my uploaded patch for #2444, while that is in the patch I uploaded for #3201.
So commiting #3201 fixes this issue, but if needed I can make a partial patch which just fixes it without the other changes from #3201.
