Description

I couldn't find any trac tickets or commits that referenced this, so I hope this isn't a duplicate.

I would find it helpful to know what my current version of WordPress is before agreeing to update to the latest version. While admins can find the current version of WordPress on the Dashboard and in the footer, the footer changes to "Get Version #.#" which means you have no reference when you are on /wp-admin/update-core.php

It's just a simple usability update that helps reassure what you are agreeing to. I'd like to know that I'm going from version "what" to version "what" before I click the button.
