Simple Subscriber not working since we upgraded to WP4.2.1 from 4.2

Description

We were very happy using Simple Subscriber UNTILL we updated to Wordpress 4.2.1. Previously we were using WordPress release 4.2. Now we can no longer see requests to subscribe to our blog site, "LightlyTethered.com" This is an ENORMOUS problem for us. We are a young site and are trying to build our subscriber base. What is going on?

Hey @grkunkel! Thanks for reporting this issue, however this seems more like an issue with the plugin you're using. Trac is used for tracking bugs with WordPress core. I recommend trying to contact the developer of the plugin or the WordPress.org support forums at ​https://wordpress.org/support/
