Description
- "List of Files Revised" should include the file "wp-admin/includes/file.php"(modified on [32324]).
- "Summary" should include the bug fixed on [32324] (#32135).
I guess this problem has been occured by:
The changeset declaring a new branch (like [32300] on 4.2.1) was not exist on 4.2.2.
In 4.2.2 anouncement,
"list of changes" is linked to the log "starting at [32418] and back to [32324]",
so the "View Changes" button don't show [32324] itself.
(Viewing the first changes of the branch is not so easy).

- Resolution set to fixed
- Status changed from new to closed
- Version 4.2.2 deleted
Thanks for the hint. We indeed missed the inital commit for 4.2.2. Sadly we can't change this anymore.
I updated the codex and added the missing file. For future reference, remember that the Codex is a wiki. Anyone with a WordPress.org username can edit any page in the Codex, including yourself.
