    44skindfs, do the patch in this thread (32308.1.patch) and then the patch in #32127 (32127.3.diff​ to be specific). Since you're on Wordpress 4.2.2, you'll need to manually patch wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php. Both of these patches, combined, fixed my issue. Delete any of the new subdomains you added before doing the patches, patch it, then add the subdomains in again.
