This is almost certainly not a core bug (unreplicatable on trunk and 4.2.2 stable). Without a proper description of the bug AND exact steps to reproduce this bug on a clean install of WordPress, this should be handled in the support forums. Trac is not a support mechanism.

When creating a ticket in Trac it is very important that you are thorough and explain the bug you are experiencing and provide details about your systems setup. As well, you should test that the bug is present without any plugins activated and running the Twenty Fifteen theme, or other core theme. Additionally, the title of "Bug" is not nearly descriptive enough to explain to people what the bug is and linking to a forum post should never be the only supporting documentation.
Please update the title and write a proper description and test that the issue still exists without any other plugins active and running a core theme. Otherwise, this will be closed pretty quickly.
