HTML entities in Pingback notifications?

Description
Pingback email notification contains following part:
Comment: […] some text […]
But HTML entities are ugly and when I searched for older notifications, I found that there was [...] sometimes before.

:-) It is notification for users and they do not know what does it mean. I was noticed by one user about this issue. Everything in email in in plain text, but only this part is HTML entity. [...] is much more better and easily readable for all users, I guess...

What is the issue? Why are they "ugly"?
