Menu Customizer does not allow for sub-structure

Description

Using the latest version of the Menu Customizer (0.5-20150605) on latest WP (4.3-alpha-32692) and it seems impossible to make a parent/child structure for the navigation menus.

Also, when you had added a new menu with via the Customizer and then go to your Widgets to add that new menu to a sidebar widget, this new menu does not show up. You first have to close the Customizer and then after re-opening the new menu shows.

Menu Customizer is still a plugin, issues should be logged against the GitHub repo.

There's already a PR and branch specifically for addressing sub-menu items: https://github.com/voldemortensen/menu-customizer/pull/63

Replying to GaryJ:

I already filed a couple of issues on Github after @helen was so kind to give the URL.
