Czech is missing in WordPress api

Hello, I'm missing Czech language in this json:
​http://api.wordpress.org/translations/core/1.0/
Czech is available here ​http://cs.wordpress.org/ so it should be listen in the API too, right?

Hello pravdomil, the API lists only languages which are at 100%. Czech is currently ​at 90%.
​Do you want to help to get it at 100%?

Well can we do some workaround, url switch, because 90% means 0.
I'm doing a WordPress one file installer, and because of the translation is not 100% Czech is not listed.
If we have almost 50% done It make sense to use the language but with warning.
