4.2.3 Breaks Admin Bar, Footer, and more

Description

Since upgrading to today's release of 4.2.3, the admin bar is not displaying, it just has a white space, and the footer doesn't load either.

Having wp_debug on does not display any errors, either.

Nevermind, fixed. Seems it broke some template stuff.
