Duplicate menus when importing

Description

Hi, when I import an XML twice I get that the posts/media/whatever is already exists, but it doesn't say that for menus, simply it will duplicate the links and the menus and I have to delete them manually. I wish it doesn't duplicate or maybe ask me first!
