Adding Text Code To My Empty Header

Hi,

This is my site: ​http://www.rcl.soloprofiteer.com/soloads/

You noticed that a header was empty though it has a background color. I want to put a text in there using this code:

I am a beginner if Wordpress and I have no idea as to when can I insert the above code from the code below.
