Incorrect link for Press This bookmarklet

1. Go to Add new post. wp-admin/post-new.php
2. In Help under Customizing the Display, there is You can also create posts with the Press This bookmarklet.
3. Currently Press This bookmarklet goes to wp-admin/options-writing.php. I believe it should go to wp-admin/tools.php.
