Description
When I try to view "Available updates" at /wp-admin/network/update-core.php, there is a bug which causes the page or part of the page to be rendered twice and the list to plugins to be updated is not shown.

Howdy! Thanks for the report. I'm not able to duplicate it. Have you tried checking through the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ already? My initial thought is there may be a network activated plugin that is causing an issue.
I'm going to close this since not able to duplicate. If/when you could provide steps to duplicate or additional information, we can reopen it. Cheers!
