Drag n Drop uploading malfunctioning Windows 10 Edge Browser

Description

The image drag and droping is not working on the Windows 10 Edge browser. It is working on Windows 10 Internet Explorer but not the Edge browser. All it shows is a red circle with a line through it over the image.

I'm suspecting this is more likely to do with Edge lacking support for something, as it is still in development. It isn't a 'finished' or 'ready' product as yet.

Just made a fresh install on my Windows 10 and still experiencing the same problem.

Out of interest - on Edge, go to imgur.com, and select Upload, and try drag 'n' dropping an image into there.

Did so and was not able to drag and drop the image to upload. Although upload by drop and drag is working on Internet Explorer 11.

As far as I can tell this is an error with the edge browser and not WordPress.

In case some future traveler comes a'lookin, this was fixed in Edge v 13, which was shipped as an automatic update to Windows 10 users in November of 2015
