Menu custom link URL disappear after saving

Description
Hi, when creating a custom link within a menu using the Appearance > Menus option, there seems to be difficulty when saving.
I create a custom link, enter a URL and Navigation Label, when I click save the Navigation Label is saved but the URL is not.
I have tried URLs such as: http://example.com, https://example.com and example.com
