Media inline upload "window" non responsive hight in IE 9

In IE9 the inline upload media area is at a fixed height so there's a scroll and it also gets covered/hidden by media in gallery (if there is any). See attached image.

I can't replicate this. Even installed WP 4.3 and couldn't replicate it. Perhaps time to close?

It's possible that this has been fixed, but it's also possible that the issue is related to another plugin adding conflicting styles or scripts to the media library.

@theatp: Can you confirm if this is still an issue and, if so, does disabling all plugins resolve the issue?

I'm going to go ahead and close this ticket since it doesn't seem to be reproducible any longer and we haven't heard any other reports. Feel free to reopen if you think this is still an issue and can provide information to reproduce it.
