Cannot find the Site Icon setting

This is a follow-up to #16434. I have installed WP version 4.3 and cannot find the setting anywhere in the Dashboard. The description of the Site Icon in either the v4.3 video or the documentation doesn't specifically say where the setting is supposed to be exposed. I found a reference in a related post suggesting there should be a "Site Icon panel", presumably in the Customizer. I found a screen shot in another post that shows the setting appearing on the Settings => General screen. In my install, it doesn't appear in either location. Could this be related to the theme I am using (Divi)?

Well, never mind. I found the Site Identity panel on a different site that uses a different theme. So obviously this issue is related to Divi. Will open a ticket with them.
